Ce dernier est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Lang Son en 1925. C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019il suivra pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es l\u2019enseignement de Ma\u00eetre Hoang (ma\u00eetre de Vo Thuat du nord Vietnam, et instructeur au centre d\u2019arts martiaux traditionnels de Cao Lang (Cao Bang \u2013 Lang Son) ainsi que celui de son oncle.<\/p>\n<p>En 1947, il se rend \u00e0 Hanoi o\u00f9 il retrouve son cousin Ma\u00eetre Nguyen Loc, fondateur du mouvement Vovinam-Vi\u00eat Vo Dao, qu\u2019il aidera en enseignant \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En 1962, le Ma\u00eetre Tran arrive en France o\u00f9 il commence \u00e0 enseigner dans un cadre restreint, puis en 1973 il rejoint le mouvement d\u2019unification des arts martiaux vietnamiens, qui d\u00e9bouche sur la cr\u00e9ation de la premi\u00e8re F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Vi\u00eat Vo Dao.
